Hands on time: Total time: 30 minutes Serves: 4
Ingredients: 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple in its own juice 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce 1 tablespoon minced garlic 8 skinless chicken thighs
Instructions: Preheat a grill. In small saucepan, combine pineapple, brown sugar, soy sauce and garlic and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook chicken thighs on indoor or outdoor grill, about 10 to 15 minutes, turning once. Transfer to a platter and serve relish over chicken.
